Rush’s Geddy Lee Throws Out First Pitch AND Donates Bass To Rock Hall

Busy week for Mr. Lee – the Canadian threw out the first pitch before the Cleveland Indians MLB game against the Toronto Blue Jays during Opening Day on April 2nd at Rogers Centre in Toronto.

Now, Geddy Lee of Rush has donated the bass he played on “Tom Sawyer” to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It’s a Fender hybrid and it was installed yesterday in an exhibit honoring the new class of inductees.

Rush will be inducted on April 18 along with Heart, Randy Newman, Public Enemy, Donna Summer and blues-man Albert King.
